RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We will gladly exchange or issue credit within 10 days of purchase on regular priced, unworn merchandise (footwear must be in its original box and clothing must have tags attached). No cash or credit card refunds. Sale and discounted items are final and not returnable. Please include your sales receipt. Credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we recommend you insure the merchandise and retain the tracking number.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The time frame for services within Canada is about 3 to 5 business days depending on Postal Code. U.S. and International orders can take from 7 to 14 business days depending on Postal Code and customs delays. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any and all customs duties and taxes that may be applied to their order.

On average, the time frame for a delivery is:
Canadian deliveries 3-5 business days
US deliveries 7-10 business days
International deliveries 10-14 business days
What is the status of my order?
We will reply to all emails within 2 business days. If you have paid for an item after receiving a confirmation email from us, we will have usually sent your order within 48 hours of receiving a payment confirmation. We will send you an email indicating that your order has been shipped for delivery or if you should expect any delays.
What is your return policy?
